The Lodge

My favourite cafe in Bellingen is slightly off the main strip on the top end of town, overlooking the rich green pastures and river across to the Dorrigo Ranges. A historical landmark ‘ The Lodge 241’ was a 3 storey  Masonic Temple built in1912, now a privately owned award winning restaurant and cafe and serving great coffee and food. Eelco became a popular entertainer there on the weekends. Tanya and her family are warm hosts and will be missed dearly when I leave here….It is a great space to work and play!
