Australia Day

The weather is unbelievably hot – unbearable for me…..so I convince Johna nd Eelco to drive up into the mountains to find a cooler spot to do some work.  Dorrigo is 30km away and 762 mt above sea level – thought it would do the trick!

We arrived just as the Australia Day festivities were closing and wandered around in the still unbelievable heat looking for a cafe or restaurant that was air conditioned…..and found none!!!  We stopped fro lunch at a place with a fan…..cracker! Work was not possible for me in such humidity so we went for a drive -lovely!
